Project Funda

Project Funda is two-year graduate programme that fast tracks the development of young professionals in the financial services sector through extensive training, mentoring and exposure to industry captains. This project aims to further black talent, particularly in research and leadership in the financial services industry. We strive to deepen our talent and skills pool and create beneficial experiences that will lead to improved engagement and retention.

Project Funda works closely with other organisations in the financial sector where the graduate are placed in, the programs are designed with our partners in mind and what skills they would require in the originations. The courses culminate with presentations from the graduates to a panel of executives and PM’s, we in the organisations we in partnership with to be panellist and engage our graduates’ presentations.

The graduate program began at the end of 2015 with 20 graduates, to date we have over 60 graduates who have joined. The program is designed and facilitated by industry expects.
